Below is a comprehensive breakdown of everything we do for our customers:
Review the organisers floor plan and advise on where to book the best space for their stand design, configuration and orientation.
Work with event organisers to allocate / relocate space to suit the correct orientation of the stand design
Decipher a rudimentary sketch and create a fully customised 3D render after consultation
Liaise with the organiser to book an early access bump-in time.
Submit stand designs for the approval to build
Process the OHS documents and insurances
Arrange the testing and tagging, even for clients products if we are taking them to the show.
Book and pay for a power supply for the stand and then meet the electricians onsite to make sure that the power configuration is practical for the space and layout of our stand.
If there is rigging, we book this on behalf of our customer and meet the riggers onsite before the construction of the stand to make sure the banner is orientated correctly and the lights is what the customer wants. Once the banner is up, we work with customer and the riggers on any changes to the lighting or orientation.
Liaise with riggers before bump-in onsite as we have to submit to them our stand plans so they make sure they have the correct size and weight of what we are rigging.
Booking the forklifts and ensuring the dock handlers have us on their manifest. When we get to site, we work with the forklifters to get our materials to our stand without delays and make sure they are handling things with care. We are there through the entire unloading process from truck to site.
We book and manage the movement from pickup and handling from our factory to delivery to the venue – we use our own truck and driver for this process to mitigate the risk of damage to our items in transit.
We also offer to take to the venue our customers pallets of stock or marketing items to assist them further, so they don’t have worry about making external bookings with the dock and forklifters.
If the customer has made their own arrangements to get their stock to site, we have often met their delivery drivers, assisted them to book in a forklift to unload them and made sure the customers stock arrives at our site. This can be challenging with language barriers and because most drivers don't know who to speak with and what to do when they arrive onsite.
After the build is complete, we provide a list of walling sizes to our customer. They send us their artwork files and logo’s. we will work with our printing people to collate all the logo’s, pictures etc.. and set it all out and size it correctly.
We also ensure that artwork is not pixelated and any words or logo’s are not positioned over joins.
Once this is complete, we provide our customer with a set of artwork proofs so they can see how everything will look before we go to print. Sometimes, we put the artwork back into the concept drawing so they really get a good feel for how it is going to look in real life.
If our customers have a storeroom in their design, we give them a small fitout, which may include providing them with a fridge, bottled water, coffee machine, and all related tea and coffee items like cups, sugar sticks etc….storage racks. Sometimes all they want are storage racks.
We look after all the customers furniture requests, sometimes they want a particular sofa, coloured chair / office chair and we make sure these items are provided.
